After months and months of looking, I have finally found my Welsh A or Welsh Mountain Pony as they are commonly known. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but I knew when I saw Lollipop she was the ONE!!! I have a real soft spot for roans, and I wanted something with lots of chrome. Lolli just fit the bill perfectly. The seasonal colour changes in a roan are SOOOO COOL!

Lollipops breeding is superb, her sire being the legendary Imperial Mendel, and Weston Pin-Up Boy is her grandsire on her dams side. Lolli's kind gentle nature and incredible movement are just so typical of your welsh breeding, and she has a head to die for.

Nov 09 - Lolli has just been confirmed in foal to the magnificent buckskin show stallion, Alcheringa Paris. Welsh A stallion owned by Steve and Gordon of Stepdon Park. Paris is pictured below.
